Dia came to me with blocks and confusion about her career. By the end of the first session, she had great clarity. She received the insights and steps to accomplish her goals. She became unblocked, and she built confidence to walk a clearer path. What did we do during the next sessions? She had other personal questions and challenges she needed insight for, so we shifted into those subjects where she again received great comfort, aligned practices, healing, and clear direction.

The first session is 1 hour and each subsequent session is 40 minutes.

During Coaching Sessions your Spiritual Support Team and I will:

1.   Nurture your mind, body, spirit balance so your life is flowing with synchronicity. Feelings of stress, anxiety, frustration, confusion, and overwhelm will be transformed into more peace, joy, hope, and feeling in control.

2.   Create a plan and guide you with clear direction to achieve personal, spiritual, wellness, and/or career goals.

3.   Capture your true essence and life visions to magnetize amazing experiences into your life.

4.   Empower you with step-by-step practices and tools for accomplishing goals.

5.   Provide spiritual insights so you have a clear understanding to your path and how to manage challenges.

6.   Enhance your intuition for making optimal decisions. I will guide you to connect to your inner wisdom and share techniques to maximize your intuition and follow your inner-compass for making clear decisions. 

7.   Nourish a healthy life-work balance. When balanced, you will feel more joyful, peaceful, and in control.

8.   Remove limiting beliefs and blocks which hold you back from allowing the abundance to flow. We all have a belief system, and limiting beliefs can be created since childhood. These limiting beliefs were created out of fear and protection, but they can hold you back from living your full potential. I will identify your limiting beliefs, and remove blocks, limiting mind chatter, and worries, so your life becomes more fulfilled.

9.   Share positive mind-shift tools with focused intentions for manifesting abundance. A significant component for thriving is a healthy mind-set which magnetizes optimal situations to you. I will share positive mind-shift techniques and powerful mind-focus tools for setting intentions, removing doubts, releasing stress, and nurturing self-love, so you magnetize optimal situations into your life.

10. Provide accountability support to stay on track with your life plans. When you work with me, I make it easier for you to stay the course and follow through with your goals.

During your personal coaching sessions, Robin combines angelic guidance with her intuitive and spiritual gifts, decades of personal and spiritual development trainings, focused coaching skills, corporate knowledge, and insights from overcoming her own challenges. 

Having worked in corporate thirty years, and single-handedly raised two young boys, she understands the overwhelmed feelings when juggling responsibilities of a home, a career, and family. Plus, she knows the stress, anxiety, and frustration that can go along with it.
